A Bead of Roses is proud to that they have been selected to create and sell several signature peices of jewelry to raise money for
Alzheimer's awareness for the CT Chapter.
Purple and green are the selected colors for Alzheimer's Awareness. On a personal note, the owner of A Bead of Roses, Lisa Rose,
has been personally touched by Alzheimer's as her mother, Mary Connolly, was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease
in her late 40's. Sadly, on March 20th of 2011, Mary lost her battle with Alzheimers. Through research and development, Lisa
hopes to help find a cure one day to prevent and/or eliminate this terrible disease forever.
