Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped out in 2 days via UPS unless requested for US Mail. A Bead of Roses does not ship FedEx or other shipping forwarders. Shipments are FOB our CT store. a A Bead of Roses accepts responsibility for shipment up to delivery to UPS or post office.

Return Policies
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of order. You must contact us regarding any returns by calling us at 203-445-9985 or sending an email to Lisa@abeadofroses.com. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unopened. If it is A Bead of Roses error it will be corrected to your satisfaction and refunded. If you are returning because you no longer want the product you must pay the return shipping cost.

Payments
We do not have open accounts. We accept payment in the form of credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. When paying by credit card, please make sure the billing address you have matches the one that appears on your credit card statement.

Privacy Policy
A Bead of Roses is devoted to protecting your privacy. Your info is the sole use of A Bead of Roses only. We do not sell or rent your email, address, or phone number to any third party.
